McWavy is an imaginative producer who has been a musician since the young age of six, where her journey started in the deep woods of Vermont. She describes her sound as “Future Jazz” and mixes in live instrumentation from her Keytar and Sax to bring a unique blend of electronic music to the forefront. Today, she brings her quickly growing fanbase a brand new EP titled “Welcome To The Family.” Here’s what she had to say about her soulful new EP:

“Welcome To The Family” is music straight from the heart written with the intention of lifting yer spirits. I wrote these songs to remind myself whenever things are most tough it’ll be alright just gotta keep moving forward > chin up high!” – McWavy

On the first track, “You and I,” she weaves a soundscape of whirly keys and sultry vocals, providing listeners the perfect introduction to the project and the tranquility to come.

Following that intro track is “Every Second In Between,” which is an absolute chilllaxer’s anthem. This soothing new gem is the perfect soundtrack to your next beach or lake outing.

Finally, we have “Slow Down.” The closing track leaves you floating in the clouds of pure saxophone bliss.

McWavy will be providing support on Opiou’s The Doing Shows Playing Music tour, in Baltimore and Virginia Beach. She’s also slated for a performance at Yonderville Festival, where she will bring her hybrid funk-fueled beats to the stage!
