FRQ NCY is back with a tasty new single titled “TYPE 1“. This talented artist has been pushing boundaries and experimenting with different sounds and styles, and this newest track is a fusion of those very influences. He has had a busy year so far with countless releases and holding things down in the loft at Wormhole SF alongside Jimmy Pé, Tripzy Leary, and more. His latest EP, “Bloom“ garnered rave reviews, you can read our thoughts on the masterfully crafted EP here!

HIHF has also included FRQ NCY on all three of our playlists, Into the Clouds, Into The Abyss, and Into the Flames, on multiple occasions. His varied styles and ability to expertly craft different types of beats allows us to feature his music on all of our three curated playlists!

Etherial chords progressively build as the track starts, with the bassline gradually braided into the framework. Gaited vocals lead into an electronic trap-influenced melody, creating a marriage between the melodic and heavier bass sounds with which FRQ NCY has been experimenting. The sky is the limit for FRQ NCY and we can’t wait to see how high he flies as he continues to dominate!
