Another month has kicked off at The Black Box and things are already going strong. April started with Nic Baker, Villager, Soukii, Seer, and Bukez Finezt, Commodo, Om Unit, Cloud Conductor, and many more. With another week already in full swing, the sounds and lineups are just as large. Last night was jordnmoody, LYQD, and Osyris tearing up the big room, with of course, The Lounge, popping off as always with countless artists and collectives.

Saturday, April 15th, the heat in the main room will be turned all the way up with the one and only Mad Zach. Not only will he be gracing the stage with a set with BOGL, but also a very special downtempo set. Opening duties will be from a very passionate and talented sound curator whose been making massive splashes in the Denver scene lately, soundkissed. Make sure to get there early and support her! You’ll be taken on a beautiful journey with her sets.

Mad Zach is a legend in his own name, creating carefully sculpted and exceptionally well-put-together tracks like “Introlude Pulsator,” “Further Than It,” and “Trunk Junk.”  Anyone whose had the opportunity to catch a set, you know just how special and distinctive they are. This weekend will be another night to remember, according to Mad Zach’s Instagram he will be playing new music off his forthcoming album and lots of other unreleased goodies. If you need something to do on Saturday night, make sure to head over to The Black Box.

After the Saturday festivities, Mad Zach will be leading the Sunday School Ableton lessons at 4PM MST. For any established producers, or those just curious, this is a lesson you DO NOT want to miss. Mad Zach is incredibly technical and a legend to have the opportunity to learn from.
