After their successful livestream/drive-in event featuring Wooli, Trivecta, and Ace Aura last weekend, Bassrush is back! The label and events company and hub for all things bass music is returning to our earphones with volume three of their Prophecy compilation albums.
The past two volumes have featured some of our favorite tracks of last year and helped expose some of the bass scene’s most talented up and comers.
On volume three, Bassrush recruits tons of up and coming producers who have been steadily releasing heat for the past couple years. The album is jam-packed with all sorts of sub-genres, ranging from left-field space bass to neck-breaking dubstep.
The new project features gems from the likes of Sam Lamar, JEANIE & southgate., Ruvlo, Jkyl & Hyde, KRILLA, Farrah, Weird Waifu, Enigma Dubz and loads of other talented artists.
Sam Lamar brings the bass-fueled firepower, as always, on his banger “Broken Machine”, with hints of Midtempo bass and Dubstep.
JEANIE and southgate. collide for a futuristic bass cannon that’s sure to leave any headbanger’s headphones in shambles. “Dome”, from the two up and coming talents, is a filthy example of both artist’s production prowess, coming together for an absolute slap.
Krilla brings hybrid trap vibes to his new heater “Full Throttle” and it’s sure to leave you wiggling and moving non-stop.
Other favorites included in the album were Farrah’s “Clairvoyance” and Ruvlo’s “Dirty”.
We can’t wait for what volume four has in store for us after yet another impressive array of bangers coming from Bassrush.
