Bass music prodigy Noer the Boy is back with a taste of his new work with new single dubbed “Noid”. This powerhouse artist has been taking the bass scene by storm with his cypher series and has an incredibly active Patreon where fans can acquire sample packs, tutorials, wav files, and much more.

He is a member of DJ Shadow’s imprint Liquid Amber, Los Angeles collective Courteous Family, Noisia‘s DIVISION, and most recently signed to Electric Imprint. His new work has been rinsed by Of the Trees and other friends of the bass industry, captivating fans at The Untz and other notable live bass events.

This newest installment from this mastermind is nothing short of an experimental bass masterpiece. It includes incredible distortion, wonky basslines, and pristine production. It begins with rumbling bass, taunting listeners with a slow and anticipatory build. The rumbles take over to shake listeners’ eardrums with delectable wavering bass. It has a distinctly danceable groove that makes you want to get up and move. Erratic glitches take over for the second half of the track, adding variation yet complimenting the overall vibe of the song. If you haven’t heard it yet at one of the many summer festivals, you’re sure to hear this memorable tune featured in a festival set to come.

After this test taste, we can’t wait to hear the full EP. Let us know how excited you are for the upcoming EP in the comments below and on social media!
