Bass music power duo Smoakland is back with their first release of the new year, giving fans a jaw-dropping, bass-heavy remix of “Devil Dance” by CHOMPPA.

The rise of Smoakland has caught the attention of listeners and artists everywhere after a breakout 2021. Smoakland’s captivating live performances feature a unique blend of hard-hitting bass, classic dubstep, DnB, and hip-hop influences. Having played big festivals such as Sound Haven, Global Dance Festival, Freaky Deaky, and most recently Wobbleland, this talented duo is set to have an insane 2022.

Fans will be able to catch Smoakland this Spring at Ubbi Dubbi in Texas, Forbidden Kingdom in Florida, as well as supporting Jantsen‘s “Gutter Til I Die” tour. They even have their own “Method to the Madness” tour with bass prodigy SuperAve. to look forward to.

After a year that saw a massive collab EP with Mersiv as well as the second edition of their fan-favorite Liquid Smoke DnB mix series, Smoakland is gearing up to release the plethora of heat they’ve been sitting on. Today, they are kicking things off with a bone-shattering rendition of “Devil Dance” by CHOMPPA.

Once the “Feel Me” pre-drop vocal hits, listeners are quickly reminded of that signature Smoakland sound. Hard-hitting bass that’s panning left to right truly engulfs the mind and leaves us little room for escape. They follow this up with some intense, intergalactic growls leaving fans speechless. This is especially the case in the second drop with more of a call and response flow. Towards the end, Smoakland unleashes one final fury of aggressive sounds leaving fans wondering what just hit them.

We can’t wait to hear what’s next from this exciting bass duo. What did you think of Smoakland’s remix of “Devil Dance” by CHOMPPA? Let us know in the comments below or on our social media! Featured photo by Drop.Creative.
