Daily Bread

Rhett Wheatly, better known to the dance music world as Daily Bread, is well-known for fusing brass with bass, effortlessly creating dozens of funky, bass-powered soundscapes throughout his discography. Fans of Pretty Lights or GRiZ will definitely enjoy his sound. After performances at Sonic Bloom, Electric Forest, Summer Camp, and other fan-favorite festivals, his Elements set is officially CAN’T-MISS!

Mize

Mize is an enigma, as both a thought-provoking human being and a captivating producer and performer. You never know what the Twitter mastermind is going to play in his sets, as he dabbles with throwing down anything ranging from trance to house to DnB. His own work is primarily bass-focused, but you can hear tons of different genre influences throughout his quickly growing discography.

REZZ

If we have to tell you who REZZ is, you need to get your head on straight! This heavyweight bass artist has exploded over the past few years, earning herself headlining slots at huge festivals all across North America. Her midtempo sound is easily recognizable and a blast to turn up to, especially during her hypnotizing live performances. After her headlining show at Okeechobee earlier this year, we aren’t missing a REZZ set anytime soon.

Austeria

AUSTERIA is a booming up-and-comer that has received loads of industry attention as of late. She opened up for Subtronics at his Red Rocks ‘Cyclops Rocks’ performance earlier this year, played support for multiple dates on Peekaboo’s 2021 Black Hole tour, and is now slated to throw down at east coast festivals like Elements and Moonrise. You can check out her HIHF guest mix here and be sure to pull up to her set! AUSTERIA has a huge future ahead!

Eazybaked

Eazybaked is a duo that is making the bass world a better place with each and every release. Their Intertwined album was one of our favorite projects of 2022 so far, with features from fellow HIHF favorites VCTRE and Of The Trees, and over a dozen new bangers. This act is one that any bass fan MUST have on their radar in 2022, as the future is huge for the up-and-coming duo. They just were announced as support for Zeds Dead‘s San Antonio Deadbeats show and are also favorites of other esteemed dubstep labels like Bassrush and Wakaan.

SoDown

This saxophone-wielding producer hits the stage full of energy. SoDown shows are straight-up exhilarating, with the fusion of funky melodies and vibrant bass music at the forefront of his work. If you are a fan of GRiZ or Elements 2022 headliner Big Gigantic, or the aforementioned Daily Bread, this is the Elements performance for you. SoDown sets are always a party, so get ready to get funky!

Gardella

Gardella is a dubstep producer with an incredible stage presence and the production chops to match. We hosted him for our 2021 Cabin Fever Festival alongside DMVU, Benji Robot, Evalution, and Chef Boyarbeatz and he put on one of our favorite performances of the night. He also threw down the heat for a 4/20 edition of our HIHF guest mix series earlier this year, you can check that out here. Don’t miss his Elements set as he’ll be leaving headbangers and weird-bass fans alike in shambles!

Esseks

Esseks is an artist in every sense of the word. The Brooklyn-based DJ/Producer does his own album art, mostly watercolor, and the visual aspect of his performances is just as important as his music, which are both equally impressive. With collabs with Of The Trees, Shanghai Doom, and SubDocta under his belt, his sets are jam-packed with show-stopping heaters. After the drop of his 2021 The Villain’s Journey album and another album on the way, you aren’t going to want to miss this one.
