Multifaceted duo EAZYBAKED have been sweeping the nation with their unique production skills and personalities you just can’t get enough of. They’ve been direct support for Ganja White Night at Wobble Rocks, brought the heat to The Untz a few years back, and had countless releases across the board while playing a multitude of other festivals and events across their dominant run. These Lost Dogz tastemakers have made it clear making music and sharing it with the world is exactly what they were born to do.
On top of the EAZYBAKED project, the two also show off another side to their sounds with the bakers – a project that leans on a softer, lo-fi side to their creations. These two never confine themselves to just one genre and having these two aliases to create under gives them the opportunity to really experiment and have a home for every emotion.
Recently, the duo teased fans with two new singles off their forthcoming Rotations EP, “Stomper“ with Wreckno and “Diamonds.” EAZYBAKED are without a doubt some of the greatest innovators of the experimental side of bass production that we hear today, each time bringing something new while staying true to the sounds that make up their projects. This is exactly what they’ve put on display with Rotations, which is out now via Zeds Dead‘s Deadbeats label.
The EP is a sonic journey through their minds, consisting of that classic EAZYBAKED sound fans know and love, alongside a combination of the new frequencies they’ve been experimenting with. Listeners can expect to hear an array of textures and vibrant elements, with each track showing off different areas of their production abilities. On top of the already teased single releases mentioned above, the two other tracks on Rotations, “Expectations” and “Boom,” solidify everything these two have done and everything that awaits them as they continue on their forward trajectory journey of creation. Here is what the duo they had to say about the new Deadbeats assisted EP:
“This EP in part, represents the rotations of life and how each day brings its own set of challenges and opportunities. This was made to be played just about anywhere, from the dancefloor to your car, and maybe at a family reunion. We put our entire being into these tracks and pushed ourselves to level up our mix-downs/songwriting abilities. Expectations was a tune that felt really great to write through and through we tried a lot of things we’ve never done before, it’s a journey sonically!” – EAZYBAKED
Watching EAZYBAKED rise into the artists they are now has been one of the greatest pleasures, and things are only going to continue going up for them. Their passion can be seen and felt in everything they do and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for them.
