Beatmakers extraordinaire EAZYBAKED and effervescent Vocalist and DJ Wreckno unleash their highly-anticipated collab “Stomper,” out now on Deadbeats! This track is a meticulously-crafted banger that combines EAZYBAKED’s signature experimental trap sounds and Wreckno’s iconic vocals.
An airy intro gives way to a punishing halftime beat with an infectious bassline under Wreckno’s empowering raps. “I’m all about that paper, it comes easy like baker” rings in my head since I first heard this record. The beat switch at 1:12 is exceptional, employing a wide array of bass stabs and delivering incredible dancefloor energy. Wreckno’s bars are fresh throughout the track and are sure to send crowds into a frenzy. “Stomper” perfectly encapsulates the sounds of EAZYBAKED and Wreckno while creating something new in its own right.
Two Artists On The Rise
EAZYBAKED became a household name in bass music with unapologetic energy and flair. The duo’s experimental beats lead the charge for the genre along with the rest of the Lost Dogz collective. After releasing a thunderous debut LP Intertwined last year, the duo will hit Electric Forest, Red Rocks, Sol Fest, Northern Nights, Dancecestopia, and many more to be announced in 2023.
Wreckno broke into the bass music mainstream with their collab “Medusa” with the legendary GRiZ. The track instantly became an iconic anthem for the queer space, and Wreckno hasn’t looked back since. The West Michigan native is known for their energetic sets and unique vocal styles. They’ll often bring dancers to perform on stage alongside their live rapping and MCing. At different festivals, Wreckno hosts their Big Gay Soirée where they and other DJs will perform at these celebrations where fans are encouraged to express themselves freely. Additionally, Wreckno has lent their voice to collaborations with Liquid Stranger, Rezz, Golf Clap, G-Space, Zeke Beats, Conrank, and many, many more. You can catch Wreckno on tour this spring along with stops at Lightning In A Bottle and Sol Fest.
