Dirt Monkey’s first release of the new year is filled with crispy and hypnotic indie vocals, courtesy of Kala (Nate Stephens), that evolve and bloom throughout the tune. Backing his heartfelt and talented lyrics is a strong array of electronic support from Dirt Monkey: a light drum and bass beat with infectious bass wobbles, beautiful lush synths, and tight funky guitar. The gentle drum and bass beat combined with super fun effects help uplift listeners and catch their attention along the lyrical ride from Kala. This tune is such a well-balanced emotional rollercoaster, with loads of gestures that are sure to make the message click.

“Time” feels like a warm pleasant hug from your grandma.
