In 2021, if you aren’t hip to TVBOO, I really don’t know what to tell you. The absolutely hilarious Dubstep DJ/Producer has had his hands in many buckets over the past few years. He has been cranking out disgusting bass blasters released on some of the hottest labels in the game – ranging from Wakaan to Deadbeats to Quality Goods.

On top of his stellar production chops, TVBOO has an amazing podcast. Titled TVLKS with TVBOO, he has hosted some of the biggest names in the industry including GRiZ, Nitti Gritti, Herobust, Subtronics, Mr.Bill, and loads of other talented acts and industry insiders. Definitely find an artist you like and check out their conversation with TVBOO, you won’t be disappointed!

Today, he’s bringing fans a self-released slapper, and it’s his highly-anticipated, saiyan-sampling dubplate, “Goku”. The tune was first heard in Jantsen‘s Couch Lands set from back in September and we’ve been fiending for its official release since then.

On “Goku”, TVBOO continues his streak of face-melters, unleashing brutal bass and disgusting, wobbly, low-end wubs. Here’s what the producer turned comedian had to say about his new basshead’s anthem.

“I’ve always been a huge fan of Dragon Ball Z and especially Goku. When I was making this song, I wanted to match the energy that show would give me as a kid. I wanted this song to slam like a giant energy blast, and I believe I nailed it.” – TVBOO

This follows up his Wakaan assisted collaboration with CHOMPPA, Drugs and his collaboration with Klutch, “BTFU”, off Deadbeats. He also dropped two EPs on Wakaan in 2020, his Something 4 Ur Mind EP and his Cult Classics V2 EP, which featured sfam, Runnit, BLVK Sheep, Computa, and Dexter Fizz.
