Two years have passed and one question remains, Who is Tripp St.? If you haven’t been following along, the masked produced dropped a mix in mid-2020 titled “Welcome to Tripp St.”, an entirely original mix with an exceptionally unique flow and style. The mix created a buzz within the community and fans began making comparisons to all-time bass music acts like Pretty Lights and CloZee. The saga had begun.

Throughout the year that followed, we got barraged with three more mixes containing more than a hundred unreleased tunes and works-in-progress, all before he dropped his first full-length album under the same title “Welcome to Tripp St”. A warm welcome indeed. That first full-length album caused a commotion on the scene and was followed by his Different Worlds album late last year, which was also a smash.

His latest masterpiece, “Who is Tripp St,” is an hour-long mix featuring some of our favorite anthems to date. What we get here is a sonic collage of glitchy bass, inviting beats, hip-hop samples, and effortless flow. Included are rebirthed samples that maintain cohesivity with his all-original work. We are offered a look into the multiple facets and styles of his art. From downtempo to DnB, Tripp St. brings his own flavor and makes it undeniably him. This mix contains familiar tracks reimagined. With unreleased tunes so thick and organic, we might have to start calling him Tripp Blvd! Here’s what he had to say about his new work:

“This mix represents my journey over the past year. Releasing my first two LPs and playing my first shows and festivals has been such an incredible experience. Traveling all over the country touring with an amazing group of people, playing big stages, and meeting fans for the first time has left me with so much inspiration. This mix is me letting all of those feelings out.” – Tripp St.
